Virtual Organizing

Are you ready to do some organizing, but just need some direction and accountability? Virtual Organizing may be for you!

  • You can focus on one small project at a time, so your time and energy investment is minimized.

  • You maintain control while learning sustainable organizing skills from an expert.

  • With someone to hold you accountable, you'll be more likely to stay focused and get the job done.

  • You'll be empowered to organize your own home and keep it tidy and clutter-free!

Here's How It Works

1

Initial Intake & First Call

By Phone or Video Conference

Before diving in, we ask that you fill out an intake form to capture details about your household. Then, on your first call, you'll discuss your project with Ginger, set your goals, get questions answered, and make a plan. You'll be asked to provide pictures of the space to be organized and do a video walkthrough, if possible. If you decide that virtual organizing is the right solution for you, we’ll then schedule your first session!

2

Active Coaching Session

1 Hour - Video Conference

When your live session begins, Ginger will coach you through the process while you do the physical organizing. She'll help you hone your decision-making skills and get the job underway. If you have mobility issues, a support person can do the hands-on work, but you'll still make the decisions. The goal of this session is to empower you, so that you feel confident and comfortable maintaining an organized home going forward.

3

Independent Session

1 Hour - Solo With Follow-up

In your second session, you will work independently, using what you learned from your coaching session. After your organizing hour, Ginger will check back in with you, holding you accountable for what you set out to do. At that time, she'll be there to answer any additional questions that you may have and share her insights about the project. You'll find that she is both an excellent teacher and an enthusiastic fan of your work!

The Added Benefits of Virtual Organizing

  1. Hands-on Learning: One of the best ways to learn is by hands-on participation. Since you'll be doing the work, you'll know how to do it the next time.

  2. You're In Full Control: Virtual sessions are less intrusive than on-site organizing. You control the camera and how much or how little of your space you invite us to see.

  3. Tackle Smaller Projects: If you're not ready for an overhaul, you'll appreciate the slower pace. Bigger projects can be broken down into smaller, manageable chunks that don't require as much time or energy to complete.

  4. More Budget-friendly: Virtual organizing is a great way to make progress with professional help without the cost of the entire team and full-length on-site sessions.

  5. Minimal Time Requirement: Since the sessions are shorter, it's easier to make the time to get your project done.

  6. You Can Have It All: Virtual Organizing can be in addition to on-site organizing sessions. You don't have to choose one type of service over another. Just get what you need when you need it.
